I took the call when it broke
Two years co-leading a 24/7 operations team. Angry customers, 3am pages, real outages. It taught me what happens downstream of a bad decision.

Then I kept it running — and started automating it
Operations at a banking-software company. I kept the internal systems up, wrote the automations that took the repetitive work off the team, and led the ISO 27001 work — the security certification banks ask their suppliers for — writing the procedures the operations team ran by.
This is where automating things stopped being a task and became the point.
Then I built it so it stopped breaking
AWS Control Tower — Amazon's own product for governing many company accounts at once — was the product underneath; everything above it was mine: utilities, the glue between systems, the structure, the documentation everyone else worked from.
Every client project ran on that layer, and what we learned running it went back to AWS directly.
Then the same, at Groupon's scale
A year and a half embedded on one long-running project through TrustSoft, automating how their teams got new cloud projects created.
Now I drive the product vision — and build it
Fourth on the team as Founding Product Engineer at Glow. I define and drive the product vision: the interaction model of our real-time multiplayer canvas, voice-driven workflow generation, and multi-tenant MSP architecture.
We are not building another linear workflow tool. We are replatforming how teams collaborate on automation: real-time multiplayer on CRDTs, AI streaming directly into visual topology, and background testing playgrounds built into every workflow.
Every seat on the way up, across European and American companies. Understanding what breaks at 3am before shaping the product vision of what gets built.
