Glow
Fourth on the team. The hard part is not the workflow builder.
It is running hundreds of companies off one platform without any of them seeing each other, while their teams edit the same automation at once — multiplayer built on CRDTs, in the core.
Founding Product Engineer, fourth on the team. I shaped the vision for the real-time canvas and voice assistant, define what gets built, write every page of the documentation, and build alongside the team in the codebase every day.

Before Glow
Groupon
Eighteen months on one long-running project, through TrustSoft. Their teams needed new cloud projects constantly, so I automated project creation end to end across AWS and Google Cloud — a team asks, hours later it exists.
I also improved the internal developer tools they already had, and demoed what I built to the teams using it.
Enterprise cloud, via TrustSoft
I built the layer every client project at TrustSoft ran on, and the documentation the company worked from. Partners Bank, Eurowag, Acrelec, Prima — fifteen-plus enterprise estates.
CDN77 & DataPacket
Co-led the 24/7 operations team for a global content delivery network, and ran dedicated-server support for DataPacket alongside it. Two years of real outages and being the person who picks up.
Things I have built
A sample of what the work actually looked like. Not all of it shipped, and that is part of the picture too.
Governance for fifteen-plus AWS estates
The rules that decide who can do what across a company's whole cloud, written as code so they are repeatable and reviewable. I took the approach to Switzerland and presented it there.
Disposable cloud environments
Throwaway AWS environments for training: spin one up, break it, discard it. Engineers used them for real, which is the only review of an internal tool that counts.
One dashboard for EPH's entire cloud
Every cloud account of one of Central Europe's largest energy groups, in one view, updating itself. I presented it at their headquarters and they liked it. Then they moved to Azure, so it never shipped there — TrustSoft turned the prototype into a FinOps dashboard it sold to other customers.
Also: operations and internal automation at Leveris (2020–21), and a lot of smaller pieces that are not worth their own box.
