AI automation platform

A visual platform for building and running business automations with AI.

I help shape product behavior with the team, proposed multiplayer collaboration between people and AI agents, and designed our MCP and live-canvas agent workflow.

My work includes the full documentation at docs.getglow.ai, unscripted voice-and-MCP walkthroughs and client automations, including a travel intake automation in client testing.

I designed the selection algorithm and built the complete Apify Actor in TypeScript. It researches 20+ entertainment websites and delivers the top 10 stories from the past 24 hours directly to Slack.

Result

Eighteen months on one long-running project, through TrustSoft. I automated Google Cloud project creation, reducing setup from days to hours within Groupon's existing AWS and Google Cloud platform.

I operated and maintained that platform with the team, improved their internal developer tools and demoed what I built to the teams using it.

I built the governance framework that became TrustSoft's standard for almost all projects and the backbone of Cloud Foundation. It ran above Amazon's AWS Control Tower across fifteen-plus enterprise estates, including Partners Bank, Eurowag, Acrelec and Prima.

CDN77 delivers content over a global network. DataPacket provides dedicated servers.

Co-led the 24/7 operations team for a global content delivery network, and ran dedicated-server support for DataPacket alongside it. Two years of real outages and being the person who picks up.

Disposable cloud environments

Built for training · handed over

I built disposable AWS environments at TrustSoft for training people from other companies. Participants worked in test accounts that were discarded after training. I handed the system over when I left; I don't know whether it is still used. In Switzerland, people from AWS were surprised that I had built them.

Internal AWS dashboarding for EPH's group companies

Presented at their headquarters · shipped elsewhere

Built through TrustSoft and presented to leadership at EPH's Prague headquarters. When EPH shifted its cloud strategy to Azure, TrustSoft turned the prototype into a commercial FinOps dashboard for other clients.

Founding GrapesMag

Still running

I founded GrapesMag and stepped away years ago. The magazine still runs without me.
